Shipping Policy

Welcome to The Kunshuis Collective! We’re so happy you’re here. Our goal is to get your goodies to you as smoothly (and quickly) as possible — here’s how shipping works.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (where applicable).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Namibia): 2–5 business days

  • Regional (Southern Africa): 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, or customs processing for international shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where tracking is available). You can follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches you.

International Shipping

We’re happy to ship internationally, but we don’t use automatic shipping rates for international orders (courier tariffs can be wild and vary by country). After placing your order, please email order@kunshuis.com with your delivery address and your preferred courier (if you have one), and we’ll help you find the best shipping option for your location. If you’d like, you can also request a quote directly from your courier for collection from our pickup address below. Your parcel will be ready for collection within 24 hours after payment.

Important: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Items

Once your order leaves our store, it’s in the trusted hands of our shipping partners. While we work with reliable carriers, we can’t control how parcels are handled during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Shipping Address Verification

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for items shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses, and customers are responsible for any reshipping fees if an incorrect address is provided.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Our shipping partners process orders quickly, so we can’t change details (such as name, address, products, combining orders, or cancellations) once your order is submitted. Please make sure everything is correct before completing checkout.

Returns

Currently, we do not accept returns. Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
