Because this is a digital product you receive straight away, all sales are final. If anything isn’t working the way it should, email help@kunshuis.com and I’ll sort it out with you.

How is this different from buying the tools on their own?

The Desk includes every Studio Assistant tool, Your Studio Books and every room, all working together — your clients, quotes, notes and plans in one place. If you’d buy more than a couple of tools, the Desk is the better buy.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. It opens in your browser like any website, and the welcome guide walks you through setting up, room by room.

Is my client information private?

Your desk lives only on your device — no account, no cloud, nobody else can see it. That’s why it backs up to a folder you choose, so a lost laptop never means a lost studio.

Can it look like my brand?

Yes. Add your logo and choose your own brand colours, or one of the Light, Evening and Midnight themes.

Will the AI tools sound like me?

They give you a strong first draft in a warm, confident studio voice. Read it, change what isn’t you, and make it yours.

I already have Your Studio Books. Can I bring my numbers?

Yes. Download a backup from the Books and import it into the Desk’s Finances — everything comes with you.

Can my team use it too?

It’s made for one studio owner on their own device. Each desk is personal, which is what keeps it private.

Will it do my tax for me?

It works out your VAT and tax set-aside and gives you clean reports, but rules differ by country — your accountant confirms the final figures.
